Today you will do as many push ups as you can
without stoping

As soon as you stop game over

You will do this every other day for two
weeks and record the numbers

Depending on your level this will take
between 10 seconds to a minute

And the end of two weeks if you aint happier
and stronger I will refund you this email

Heres the thing if YOU DONT DO ANYTHING then
you need a corner man

Someone to push you and make sure they have
your back
