You see most people that don't get
results think it's different for them.
They think they need the perfect plan
Normally the most recent one that's in
the paper
The perfect conditions
No party's coming up,
or events when they might drink.
The thing is fella
That's utter bullshit.
Fat loss is simple
Not Easy
Just simple
If we make it sound difficult guess
what?
We can justify our lack of results
Listen I'm not saying YOU cant get geeky
about nutrition and get unbelievable
results
YOU can
But
Most people dont need to get geeky
Just know what need's to be done and do
it
Consistently
If your nutrition is on point 8 times
out of 10
You will succeed
Whatever you do you have to put the time
in
If you have limited time then you have
to be more committed in the time you
have.
If you're consistent and focused you
win
If you only have 45 minutes,
Work like you have to get 90 minutes
done in 45 minutes,
You need to condense what you do to get
the best results for your time.
If you're told that a certain stretch
before a swing guaranteed you more
distance in a year
you may not do it every time
If you're told that a certain stretch
before a swing guaranteed hitting the
center of the green
You'd do it every time
You'd be a dick not to
You've just gained leverage, (I'll cover
that another day)
Getting a result based on one simple act
Something consistent
If you want consistency and someone who
will call you out when your telling
