Was lucky to play at Tandridge Golf Club
On Thursday in a corporate golf day.

For the record fella the course was
quality and the greens were rapid.

And the Carvery

Well that's an email in itself.

So we had nearest the pin, longest drive
and nearest the pin 2.

We started on the 10th and finished on
the front 9.

On the 7th (our 16th) the courses
easiest hole is a short par 4, 297
yards,

So as we wait for the group in front to
clear the green

We see them place the nearest the pin in
2 marker back in the green

it was maybe 8 foot from the pin.

As the group walks off the green Mobster
Neil Booms one

What a fxcking shot

We're walking to the green taking about
how if he knocks it in

it's done and dusted.

Neil then drains the tricky down hill
breaking putt.

With a big cheer from our 4 some.

And in true mobster style writes his
name and the word BOOM on the marker.

In the bar after we're all keen to talk
about the eagle on the back 9.

For everyone to enjoy.

Then someone names a hole that wasn't
the 7th.

The 7th nearest the pin In 2 was for a
different golf day and not us.

And with this the eagle didn't have the
same quality.

The thing is this is all about
perception.

An eagle is still an eagle,

They were 2 truly great shots.

The first one world class.

We get so obsessed with targets that we
forget all of the stuff we've pulled of.

And like most fellas I imagine it's a
fxcking lot dude.

So remember this.

If you ever want to set any goals

You must always look BACK first.

Back at what you've Accomplished prior
to setting your new goals.

This my man puts you in power.

What is your biggest win this year, in
the last 90 days and last month.

Then when you patting yourself on the
back only THEN set your goals.

It is a powerful mindset shift.

Your might realize that you've eagled
the hole.

And an eagle is always a great fxcking
score.
