Question From Mark
Question from Mark
Got a cracking question from mark
yesterday...
"why do I get good results if I go low carb
but gain it back quickly?
So lets get to it then, Dude.
First up FORGET about 'Low Carb plans'
REGARDLESS of what the 'Experts' say
They're kinda useless unless you can live
that way forever.
If you want long term Fat loss and not just
"Ive had the shits for 3 days weight loss"
coz being lean with ZERO carbs is like being
6 foot 2 with 6 inch high heels.
At some point your gonna have to take your
heels off and then your back to 5 foot 8.
Long term Fat loss is about getting your
Calories SPOT ON.
Spot On for
Your Training
Your Activity (golf)
Your Job and most importantly
Your FAMILY life style dude,
To do that we only need to do couple of
things, actually.
1) Plan you calories based on you current
life and your goals.
2) Monitor your response to food and your
recovery to exercise,
3) Be CONSISTENT
And you do that by
1) Work out your current life style habits
and where you WANT to be
2) Use a pen a paper
3) Do something you enjoy or gives you a
BONUS ie distance in you full swing.
See...
its pretty simple if you think about it,
fella
But simple doesn't always mean EASY, does it?
ALL of these steps require you to be able to
STICK to the PLAN
