So I was waiting for the train this
morning, in the rain, at my normal spot

(don't pretend you don't have a normal
spot fella be it on the train or in
costa)

without warning a 5 carrage train
instead of 8 turns up.

Which means a big bundle on an already
busy train. And of course no seat

The thing is on Friday I started a new
morning routine,

There are things I have to do
consistently everyday that come from my
coach paul mort.

And today was a struggle and considered
going back to my old routine,

but had I done my old routine the train
"Squash" would have thrown me off track,

So tomorrow I will continue it because
of todays fxck up.

The way YOU start your day is hugely
important, and I think YOUR morning is
probably the most important part of the
day

I used to meditate on the train, don't
worry dude I'm not sitting the like
Hightower in police academy 4 saying

"Yama Yama Yama, Yama"

That would be weird and not good for the
type of fella I work with

That type of dude would laugh and take
the piss.

Its just eyes closed earphones in as it
looks less gay.

But I now meditate as soon as I get up,
it stops me checking my phone, and even
if I feel like shit I can still get my
mind in the right place.

Don't get this wrong fella quality sleep
and more of it should be a goal of yours

But

If you're not producing on a daily bases
then maybe getting up 15, 30 Minutes
earlier and doing something that will
help YOUR day could be all you need.

If you're someone that's reactive rather
than proactive then try counting you
breaths

YouTube for some simple techniques or
the mob for a full blue print.
