This is kind of inarguable…

They are covered in most programs you will find even if these concepts are not actually taught to you.

However, you will find this in any program that you do be it fitness,

Golf lessons,

Business programs,

Youtube courses,

Anything…

All success in a task comes down to these four things and create the path to get results.

First, you need to know where you are right now, what are your numbers, your stats.

Without knowing where you are you don't know the first step to get to where you want to go.

Everyone on their phone has got a GPS, where you can just put where you are now and where you want to go and the map will give you all the data you need...

How long it will take, how far, what route is the fastest

But without your starting point, the GPS is useless.

That's an example of knowing where you are and it’s the one thing that everyone skips...

They guess, they go on past results, “This is where I used to be”

That is not where you are today...

If you know where you are now you can map where you want to go realistically and you can see what's beyond you and

what is possible with action.

The remaining two parts to take the necessary steps to get to where you want to go is you need to know the skillsets and mindset necessary to get you there...

The skill sets are the physical actions that you need to learn to get to where you want to go.

But even before skill sets, you need to have the right mindsets.

If you haven't got the right mindsets to implement the skill sets that you are given you're always going to suffer.

You're always going to get in a position where what you're doing is too hard to continue.

With food, people want to know what to eat...

They want to know what exercises to do...

What you should ask is what mindset do I need to have to take action and continue to take action, day after day, week after week...

What do I have to understand about my current habits and my behaviours to stop me from self-sabotaging?

Without the mindsets, you won't implement the skill sets consistently enough to get the desired result.

This is covered all in the GolfMob 30 Day challenge, where golfers gain yards and lose inches in only 30 days.
