So dude been doing so more live videos to the
guys in the group.

One of the guys noted that my videos are
getting better.

More confident,

But he probably ment that it looked less
shit.

Now this was good feedback for me because of
plans for the future.

And lets face it looking like a dick is never
cool

( unless you're a pussy but if you were you
wouldn't be here)

And it cemented what I was thinking about my
improvement.

To get better at something you first have to
suck at it.

But most people are two busy worrying what
other people MIGHT think of them sucking that
they put off what they want to do.

This will never leave us Dude, Humans long
for social approval. Just check facebook.

Its a defence mechanism and it also stops us
doing some stupid shit

Like streaking ( unless you have three legs)

BUT

We cant let it dictate our actions

The actions that may lead us to what we want.

My coach once said this

"Are you willing to let other peoples
opinions stop you achieving your goals"

The thing is when we take emotion out of a
decision we can relise what stops us is FEAR
of something that may never happen.

IT MAY NEVER HAPPEN

What I've been doing shows that I'm getting
better in front of the camera

And when compared to the shit videos
done previously

It shows growth

Keep doing something until it becomes a habit
and until you are quality at it.

Think how everything you do is a learning
experience,

a bad day at golf is a test ofyour character
and confidence

but not your golf game.

You will be able to do more work or with less
effort if you practice every day

What you eat will determine what you need to
eat. (more info soon on this one my man)

Eat for Your goals and fit it into your life
style

This is where we fix it

PS Quick quote from a TPI guy on the above.

"I've seen you guys out there last night and
you're all drinking lite beer. Thats
mediocrity. Have are real beer and just do
more fucking push ups"

Be better than yesterday
