Today is the Lat length test
There are a few outcomes for this one dude.
But we will only focus on two outcomes to keep this email simple
1) You can touch the wall
2) You can't

Over simplifying things - the lat goes all the way down your back (though fascia) to your pelvis.
Which means with your arms overhead "backswing" the movement of the pelvis can alter the position of the arms
What can failing this test do to you for your golf
Loss of Posture,
Flat Shoulder Plane,
Early Extension
But If you have a lat issue, your arms/wrists will over compensate and this can cause
The dreaded Tennis elbow / golfers elbow
If you've seen me do this at one of our seminars its when someone has tennis elbow.
I press in their back and the pain goes
It's not magic, just an understanding that the Lats are a big fucking deal.
