Good Trolling

Some times the odd trolling is good,

I’m not talking about the 20 something hiding in his bedroom, throwing insults at someone for no reason (that just comes from insecurity)

I’m talking about trolling the establishment with backed up reasons of why things are wrong.

Take the golf industry, every new club that comes out is better than the last one,

Advances in technology, etc

And this stuff is all tested on machines so they can get reliable data.

But, you have to be FIT for that club to get the benefits touted in it.

But if you invested that £300 in lessons (and not random lessons when you playing shxt, do you think the stars of the World Cup will only have coaching when things ain’t going well)

And had those lessons regularly regardless of how you were playing, you’d be better off (unless of course you current clubs are dog shxt)

But that’s not what everyone’s doing so it’s a case of follow the follower.

Now take my side of the industry,

Every photo about golf fitness that you will see on sky, about one of the stars will show the golfer under a heavy squat or bench press, however….

This would scare the score card off of 95% of the golfers out there...

Where a simple plan of body weight stuff would change the average golfers results dramatically.

And proficient "rolling" changes everyone’s results

Nothing like a last minute goal is there,

Nothing like winning (or getting the equalizer) to rub out anything that comes before it.

You have that impending deadline (90 minutes) and the clock is ticking,

You keep the pressure on and BOOM the result,

The result that mattered

In the words of the man who invented furgie time

“Football, bloody hell”

Here’s the thing, you can actually leverage yourself with time constraints.. oh

You knew that already because, you like most fellas leave everything till the last minute

It’s where you get real production, when you go balls out on little sleep and pull off what might have seen (the day before) impossible.

We do this in our business all the time..

In our body not so much right?

In our body if it looks like we’re off target,

Or not gonna hit our goals, what happens?

You give up.

No last minute winners there.

Why is that?

Why can we do what seems impossible in work but In Our body, if it’s not perfect

Fxck it,

Give up, try the next new shiny thing or...

Start again on monday

Believe it or not this comes down to our thinking,

And there are ways to change that...

And I will run you through it at unbreakable

https://www.johnseton.com/unbreakable-experience

Unless of course you produce in your body like you do in you business then your probably cool,

Oh we also have expert golf coaching too

Which Numbers Lie

Would you play golf and not keep score,

How about not knowing the distance of the next shot,

Of even the par for the hole

Lets go one further...

How about not having the number (ie 7 iron) on the bottom of the club

Do you think you might struggle,

Or do you think that you would be making your outcome that LITTLE BIT HARDER.

You see the fact is........

"The Numbers Dont Lie"

The numbers have no emotion,

The numbers have no previous experience of success or failure,

No stories of why they can or cant.

the numbers just "are".

Having numbers, quantifiable, solid, hard data is hugely important, cos as I said earlier..

The numbers dont lie.

Then why do fellas that want to..

Cut,

Tone up,

Remove the beer belly,

Get back in shape

REFUSE to look at the numbers..

How many caliores did you eat yesterday?

How many of those calories gave you the right nutrition to fuel your body so you can produce more?

If you dont know any of this then just get a fitness app, most explain what you need to do.

Or, you could have the structure built for you, with the reasons why you might fail,

And how you can overcome those failures before they pop up.

For that you need the Unbreakable Golfers yardage book that you get at the unbreakable experience.

Also in the book you'll learn what EVERY calorie calculator does wrong and why it will get you good short term results BUT..

Make it that much more difficult in the long run

PS The reason fella's refuse to look at the numbers is because of the STORIES that are in your head, and on the day we show you how to change those stories

Brooks…

So back to back US opens for Brooks Koepka.

And That’s two amazing Father’s Day presents in a row,

Here’s a quote from his TPI team last year

"Brooks performs extremely well on the TPI screen.  He doesn’t have many weaknesses physically."

Yep, the fella that just won back to back US Open's has a team around him that looks after his

Swing,

Body,

Nutrition

It’s called the team approach....

And you won’t find many winners that don’t use it.... They also say this

“Brooks is an embodiment of the TPI model”

What is the tpi model?

It’s about evaluating the golfer and focusing on fixing the weak areas while enhancing the strong areas....

It’s not just random either.... another quote

“People might see an individual video or an exercise, but don’t know the background behind the programming”

If only there was a program where the amateur golfer could get all this in one day.

With a 28 day follow up... anyway here’s the article in full

Oh, and there is a place you can get the above.... it’s here
