what’s the Story?
My name is John Seton, and about roughly 9 years ago I was falling to bits, my back was what is technically known as “knackered” I was spending fortunes on treatment and pain killers all to only feel a little bit better and get back on the golf course. I would also buy anything golf-related to try to get better or hit the ball further. It was then I found The Titleist Performance Institute. Around 4 years ago I had gained weight and was on my path to be the fat dad at the kid's party. I'd eat right for a few days and then mess it up because I was stressed and overwhelmed with running a business and everything that goes with it. I would then spend several weeks binging on junk food and beat myself up for doing so (considering how I knew better and had all the tools to not do this),only to end up more stressed and tired because of the crap I was eating.
But you know what the worst part was?
After all, that time obsessing, stressing and spending over my golf swing and weight …
My body wouldn’t look any better and I wouldn’t have any increase in distance.
Then, call it a massive stroke of luck, … I had to build out a fitness program for a marketing mastermind I was part of, (I was admittedly one of those guys who taught fitness while eating crap food myself), I had to build a group training plan to sell. (although unproven, I had an idea that would eventually change how I do everything).
Long story short:
Since I had all the information from the Titleist Performance Institute, I decided to do a little “experiment” and build a fat loss plan that would help golfers hit the ball further.
It was, in many ways, the opposite of what everyone else was doing.
But, I figured I had nothing to lose (I hadn’t trained anyone as I only got my personal training qualifications to supplement treating hurt and injured golfers at Wentworth and my own golf performance days). So I planned to build it and test it.
Within only a few days I started testing and implementing … I quickly created the first outline of the plan using my experimental idea. The first draft was far from perfect. But, (as my wife said) it was “showing results” so I continued to test, and

That first draft got me leaner then I had been in years and helped my ball striking In just a few Weeks!

Was I really on to something with this plan, as I had been doing stuff like this on and off for years? Or, was this just some kind of “freak” that only worked on me because of all of the stuff I had been doing, learning, practicing in the 5 years previously with the Titleist performance institute.
So I immediately built out a plan for golfing fellas who had either been doing no physical fitness, with limited time, and had all the stresses of trying to run their businesses and tested this new formula on some forwarding thinking badasses that were brave enough to step up.
And guess what?
Not only did it work for them to lose weight and raise their confidence to massively high levels but…
