So had my first knockout match at the
weekend
And to be honest
I could have melted
I was two up early and for most of the
round
But with 3 to play back to all square
I think I would have melted in the past
But I didn’t and would love to say it
was;
Golfmob
Or
Golf performance therapy
But it was a 60• wedge
A couple of times before when I was out
of the hole
I chipped close for a gimme
And that’s what I done on the next hole
There is nothing like that to kill
someone’s Momentum
You were in trouble and now the pressure
is on them
It’s gone from confidence to fear in one
shot
But it’s just I different perspective
The same shot, you still have to do the
same thing
But now the added pressure makes it more
tense
And more difficult
If you spend all day thinking about what
you need to do
But don’t actually do it
This should be an alarm clock to you
An indicator that somewhere there is
fear
And you’ve just made the day or the task
more difficult
The body’s the same
You get tense and you’ve just made you
swing more difficult
You might have been like it for years
Your body just needs a different
perspective
Something different to show that there
is no need to be in fear all day

PS the brain puts lot of restrictions on
the body when it senses Fear
And that is not good for movement
