Yep, you see my 90 day fitness goals,
that should end on 5th of November
Got completed on Saturday, 30 days early
So at training on Monday night, before
the GolfMob turned up
I was doing some KB snatches (you don't
need to know what they are)
The thing is I wasn't into it
I was distracted, thinking about other
stuff
I can't remember what, could have been
sex
and as I was placing the bell back down
Caught myself on the knee
Proper "you've been framed moment"
Yep met my friend PAIN
I'm limping about like a footballer who
plays for Mourinho
You see now I have 5 minutes to get this
clear before the boys turn up
And I'm limping about walking on hot
coals
Everything went through my head
"I'll say I done it at work" That was my
ego talking
I done some ART on it, stretched it, got
it moving.
And things weren't too bad and when the
boys turned up I forgot about it
The thing is it just shows you what a
lack of focus can do to you,
If I had a target, that would never have
happened,
And the thought about saying it happened
at work?
Would be a lie, a lie to myself as well
as others
A lie that popped in my head cos my EGO
was damaged
So here's a question,
What are you lying about,
Dude it's worse if you lie to yourself
cos you are the ONLY one that can do
anything about it
Is it that you can't get the help you
need?
You can't get better?
Your too old?
Are these lies to yourself?
And are they stopping you getting what
you want
If you wanna get some help from someone
that will tell you the truth
And not what you want to hear
