So after two weeks away
The kids now functioning to different
sleeping patterns
we are back trying to get them into a
routine.
So my daughter has found a nice comfortable
routine of waking up at 11, 12, 1, and 2.
(At least she's consistent and obviously my
daughter.)
My boy by the way couldn't be woken by an
earthquake.
Then she's happy to sleep until past 6.30
which is kind even though I've gone by then.
So then cycle starts,
The cycle of not burning shxt to the ground.
Coffee
Shxt food
More coffee
2 pm yawning and a battle to make it through
the rest of the day.
Well at least it's made me realise,
No matter how much of a plan you have,
The kids will always dictate your day.
And
That even at 2 years old a women will mess
with your mind.
Maybe they need a night at nanny and
grandads.
Where of course they will sleep through the
night and get up at 8 o'clock.
Whats the lesson here my man.
The kids will always dictate you hours to a
certain extent.
So whatever we want to achieve YOU will need
to fit it around them.
Thats why if you decide to workout you want
to fit it around your kids.
Which is why the GolfMob Train
After the kids go to bed.

It then fits in,
And you can still be a top dad.
So when the mobsters get to bed to get some
rest
The kids can wake them up all night

it.

like I need another
I know its my nutrition and exercise
which I'll cover tomorrow
Nice one
