I made a major Fxck up

You see I used to live in Mottingham

So the old habit is to turn off and go
through kidbroke

But trying to be a clever fukkker

Decided to stay on to the Sidcup/
blacken turn off

You see I have a dreaded hate of traffic
lights

If I can miss any lights I will

As soon as I went past the Eltham turn
off

Break lights

An hour later we turned off at Sidcup

Now Ive said before that I was an angry
prick

And working on mindset has changed that
But

when you're tired

Shit goes sideways

Do you agree fella

Now there was nothing I could do

So getting pissed off about it only made
the situation worse

But it made me realize that if you don't
look after your ENERGY,

You can't get better

Everything else is worse when you tired

Think about those days when you're
shattered

They're the days you will demolish the
biscuit cupboard

Or get triggered by something you would
normally laugh at

They say there are two things that never
every lie

Your body

And

Your bank balance

If ones up shitcreek

It's because it ain't been paying the
correct attention it needs

Be aware that sometimes you are not a
prick

You're probably just tied

Sleep is huge in the body's recovery as
well as the mind

Getting your body in a position so you
can get a good nights sleep

Comes down to how you treat it during
the day
