With the same iron

press it up over your head (like a
weight lifter)

pull it behind your neck

do this 3 times just to get some
movement in the shoulder

Now just move it around your body to
open up the shoulder

Your are now warm

in a way where you dont look like a
fitness freak

or

Someone who take golf a little too
seriously

But you are now more prepared for the
first tee
