Structure Creates Freedom.

This is something that got taught to me a long while ago.

And it still amazes me how the more I implement it, With new as well as old ideas then more I get out of it.

Those that have a system to follow have results that are off the charts.

Take your phone or your computer.

You have an operating system that allows you to do everything you need it to do, but try and put something in place, that doesn't fit well with that operating system, (a program, or app or anything) and what you have is

Struggle, confusion and potentially break down.

This is no different from your body,

your mind and anything else that you apply to your life.

If the operating system that you are trying to use does not work with the new idea or plan that you're trying to achieve, then all you have is,

struggle, confusion and break down.

Most people, when it comes to their body, whether it be pain, tightness, weakness or in their mind, be it anger, distraction or sedation, are trying to put something new, on an old operating system

And it doesn't matter where the information comes from, be it YouTube, Facebook or advice from others, when it is being made to fit an old operating system that doesn't like it will not work correctly.

One of the best ways that you can get your phone working with the newest apps, your computer working with the newest programmes, or your body and mind working with the results you want is to start using an operating system that works.

This could be that you decided to go on a specific diet training plan or meditation retreat.

That allows you to use these operating systems, create new operating systems, or you can just keep forcing yourself until you get to the point that you no longer rely on your old version, old apps, old operating systems.

However, how do you know which one works best?

The best thing that you can do is change the way that you're thinking about how you get results, but use how you have always got results to continue to get the results you want.

Basically, you take your current phone (body) and update the software(your thinking) so that you can do new cool stuff that wasn't possible before (Your desired results that you set all the time but still can't achieve).

Most people do it by modelling, someone that's like them, that has got the results they want.

Another way is to just randomly try different ideas based on what you like.

This is more trial and error, but you're more likely to find something that works. Eventually...

The fact is, if you continue to get the same results, year in, year out in your body, then it's probably that you're lying to yourself and don't really think that you are willing to put the work in required or

its the operating system, the way you think about the actions you take IS NOT WORKING FOR YOU..

The more stressed we are about trying to change things, the more it leaks over into the other areas of our life.

Stress with something you're doing at work will leak over to your body and the food you eat.

Stress with your food and your worry it will leak over to your energy and how you act around your family.

Stressed around your family, and you'll feel guilty about the time you need to be away to get what you want.

All caused by the way you currently operate.

The fact is if you just change your operating system to one that not only is simple and gets the results you want, but you can actually course correct when things aren't working.

What I use is Fairway 4...

4 simple frames of reference that I not only teach and train but also live by.

These four pillars hold up any target, goal or result like the foundations of a building.

Systems allow someone to not only consume the information they're trying to learn but see how and where to implement it and most importantly see what they are missing.

It might seem too simple.

Or that might be the excuse for not having any excuses to get the results you want.
