To learn any skill you have to go through the 4 stages of learning to get to the stage of “unconscious competence”

What is that?

It’s a state you get to when what you’re doing no longer requires constant control, and you’re actually doing it right.

So if you’ve got good at something

It comes down to unconscious competence,

This happens when you’re driving,

Not at any point do you need to think what to do,

take the hand break off,

Put it in gear,

Drive the car,

Handbrake skids (or is that just me)

Point is you’ve reached a level where you’ll do everything without conscious thought,

And do it to achieve an end result.

But there are 4 stages.

And the first stage is

unconscious incompetence

You are completely unaware that you suck at something or that a problem even exists, for you that’s just the way things are….

It could be drinking, eating shit, pretending you're happy when you secretly hate your life..

Then something shines a light on the situation and you get to see what’s really going on, which leads to:

Conscious incompetence

You now know you suck at it or that there is a problem, but don’t know how to fix it, so You find a way which takes you to stage 3.

Conscious competence

You take strides to fix the problem or get better and see improvement but you have to concentrate and always be aware of what you need to do to stay on track until you reach,

Unconscious competence

You can now do it without any major effort or thought process as it has become a habit that’s helps you improve daily and you are now on the path to mastery.

But you can’t get to stage 4 without putting in the time and effort.

And YOU KNOW that you only get better by DOING.

Not thinking, not talking but doing…

You’ll get there much, much quicker if you

are shown the exact way to do it that stop and fix the common mistakes that ALL people make when getting where they need to go.

So if you wanna be shown the exact way to be,

stronger,

better,

more confident

and have the added bonus of more distance

Unbreakable Golfers might be for you, but only

If you’re willing to do the work..

If you feel that you’re fine with making a tiny bit of progress once in a while or ok with slowly getting worse then this won’t help you.
