Unbreakable Rule 7

Be ruthlessly committed to the plan,

You dont get what you want, you dont get what you deserve, you dont get whet you need, you only get what you are ruthlessly f*cking COMMITED too
Garret J White.

Waking up and aimlessly just getting through the day was what I used to do

Alarm goes off or the kids wake you up first, and it would be a case of just another day of work to get through.

Busy, but not getting anywhere.

Putting out fires all day and then wait for the day to finish, but...

Thats just existing, and we are happiest when MAKING progress.

But if you have a plan,

A strategic, well thought out "Hannibal cigar smith" plan you have a reason to be committed.

Heres the best bit, IF you stay committed to that plan (with 30 and 60 day check in's to see if you are on course)

Its impossible to NOT make progress.

You can walk a marathon by just taking steps and head in the right directing.

Staying committed to the plan is the hard bit though aint it fella.

How can you stay consistent, especially when every one around you isn't committed either.

How many people do you know that have started a diet and stayed consistent to it.

Heres a little secret "just showing up each day however little is how you stay consistent".

Lets say you decide work on your putting stroke, to hit 3 Putts in your living room every day.

it would take you maximum 5 minutes (that includes getting the putter, finding the right golf ball)

How good would you be in a year if you done that EVERY day.

But what happens is you will start to believe your thoughts of:

This isn't doing anything,

Not a real green so doesn't count,

Its not working, and then you.....

Stop.

Its not a case that you've even give up, you just miss one day and then never start again

If you want to learn how to stop STOPPING...

How to stay consistent in your targets (Whatever they may be) we will show you here

No Masters Breakfast

Turns out,

Staying up watching the Masters can mess with your morning,

Your morning routine can go out 'the window' when your sleep is reduced and you get up that little bit later,

You then find you are chasing the day a little and feel like time isn't on your side.

Take this email, You would normally have had it earlier but for that we can blame the masters.

OK, its my fault but aided by the masters,

But what I normally do to get my day on track still got done,

Only just a bit later as well as,

an email still going out.

Its just like the short progression system we use in Unbreakable Golfers,

Its more powerful if you do it in the morning,

You get more out of it and more out of you day if its how you start the day

But you still get the results

Still get the Points as long as you do it THAT day

You change your habits by building new ones and that...

Will change you results.

If you want to build new habits its as simple as...

Picking what you want to change and be consistent at it even if just a little late.

4 Under and A Bent Ankle

So Tony Finau shot 4 under at the masters while dislocating his ankle the day before,

The modern day bionic man went all terminator,

fixed his own dislocation,

tee'd it up and gave the course an ass kicking with his good foot

Forget the normal problems that goes with going over on your ankle, on top of that remember

that a golfers feet is where they generate power.

All balance and any lack of it comes from the amont of mobility in the ankle and the ability to stabilise that mobility.

(I know there was a lot of ility's in that sentence VERY but relevant)

Mr bionic probably had a little help, some hands on treatment, focused exercises to help the issue

And then probably crossed his fingers and hoped he got though the day.

Here's a FREE tip for ya that may actually cost you some reddies

The type of golf shoes you wear will make a difference.

Not NAME, it doesn't matter if its Footjoy or Foot-misery but how they are formed.

If you have a very mobile ankle (like our bionic friend) you would maybe want a more stable shoe

If your ankle is locked up so tight like a pair of balls on facebook then..

You might want a more giving shoe to help you,

How do you know what you need

You assess

Your ability to control how you generate force from the floor carries more than just distance

Lower Back pain and

Knee pain can be seriously reduced and even eliminated if you have a correctly functioning ankle

We tell you how here

And then if you want I fix the sh*t out of it

Golf Wanka

A friend of mine who is a golfer,

Has this theory that if you dont like golf
you probably fish

In his words if you're not a "golf wanka"
you're defiantly a "fishing wanka"

It got me thinking what is it about golf
that fisherman hate

Lets be clear, there probably are fellas
that do both but

There probable single and dont have kids
cos who has the time to do both

Anyway, why would you go fishing on a nice
sunny day if you could play golf.

Point is that any of my pal's that hate
golf ARE fisherman

So what is it about those that hate golf
that they get from fishing

Is it the walking rather than sitting,

The fact that a good day is one that makes
you hands stink of fish.

Is it the lack of camouflage golf
equipment.

Would you join a fitness programe called
The FishMob

What about Unbreakable Fishers-man

Id like to write the copy for that

"Learn to cast your rod further in 28 day"

"Let me show you a technique not to get
distracted by slightest wiggle of the tip
of your rod"

Lets be clear

What we do can work for anybody but its
main focus is male golfers with kids who
work bloody hard

WHY

Cos thats who I am,

I know:

the pain of working dog sh*t hours to get
my work done,

The constant thinking about business even
when not thinking about business

The guilt of working too hard and being
away from your family and on top of that

I'm a golf wanka and proud of it

If you're a golf wanka the place for golf
wankas is here

Unbreakable Rule 4

Unbreakable Rule 4

Consistency will win,

Consistency comes from habit

Habit becomes your behavior,

Your behaviour dictates your results

Unbreakable Rule 4

Be more consistent than your competition

"Surly it cant be that simple"

However if you're consistent, it breads
confidence

Look at golf

One of the biggest bug bear of golfers is
they wish they could just be more
consistent.

While not consistently working on the
drills given to them by their golf pro.

Or the fella that wants to lose weight but
REFUSES to consistently track what they
eat,

If you pick something that you can be
consistent at YOU will eventually get
there.

Being consistent is hard but also simple

I dont always want to write an email
everyday

Some days I cant be fxcked but....

Everyday that I send out an email it ADDS
to my consistency

The more consistent we are the more we
WANT to be consistent

The 5 club comps was always a killer for
me.

I'd end up playing a golfer over 60 and
getting beat because they were
CONSISTENTLY never in trouble.

And for me, like my school years its
inevitable that I will end up in trouble

Pick something today and plan to do it for
the next 28 days (some research say 6
weeks)

Stick at it for 28 days then check your
results at the end

YOU will surprise yourself

Little note, make it simple or you will
give up

new habits step up to unbreakable golfers
