Lets be clear, when it comes to energy, power and consistently

There is one diet that probably kicks all other diets ass’s, (is it ass’s or assess)

and that is the mea-gan diet...

Now this diet may or my not actually exist but see if you can follow.. because

If you put out any info on diet, 

people lose their goddam mind, 

it’s like religion to some people..

Don’t believe me, try it on the old anti-social media...

Put out a post that says you are now eating a certain way (and put any diet you want) and watch people…

Some unqualified and some not, lose their minds,

Tell you why it won’t work,,

Doesn’t work or even

Didn’t work for them...

It’s like starting a war and just sitting back and watching the battle

Anyway back mea-gan

Its a vegan diet with plenty of meat, 

Now I know what you’re thinking...

But listen, you will get all the benefits and nutrients of a healthy diet.. with

Stake on a stone, eggs bacon and not a soy latte in sight...

And imagine the anger the swompies would give you

They would cry....

“It doesn’t even make sense”

“It doesn’t even exist” 

And you can say

“It does, I’m proving it now by eating salad with my ribeye”
